2. Data collected
When you create an account we store your email address and an argon2id hash of your password. While using the app we persist:
- your workouts, exercises and logged training sets
- preferences (language, weight unit, timer presets)
- analytics events for product improvement (e.g. workouts completed) linked to your user ID
- crash reports via Sentry if the app throws an exception (no personal payloads)
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance — providing the app's functionality) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stability and product quality).
4. Retention
Your data is kept for the lifetime of your account. Deleting your account (Settings → Delete account) removes all personal data immediately and irreversibly. Analytics events expire automatically after 180 days.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18) and portability (Art. 20), and you may object to processing (Art. 21). For erasure use the in-app function or write to the email above.
6. Complaint
You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. A list is available at the German BfDI.
