Delete your account
You can delete your account at any time directly in the app: You → Settings → Delete account. All your workouts, custom exercises, progress data, friendships, and device tokens will be permanently removed.
You can also request deletion by email — we'll confirm with a reply.
Frequently asked
The app crashes or freezes.
Please restart and, if reproducible, drop a note to
contact@progressfirst.de — with your iOS/Android version and a
short description of what you were doing when it happened.
I can't sign in.
Password reset is currently email-only via support. An in-app
reset flow is coming.
Rest timer has no sound in the background.
Check iOS Settings > Notifications > ProgressFirst that sounds
are enabled, and in the app under Settings → Sound.
I don't receive push notifications.
Check iOS Settings > Notifications > ProgressFirst, then in
the app under You → Settings → Notifications — enable
the master toggle and the categories you want.
